Based upon my personal experience, I cannot recommend attendance at the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center, specifically the Willow Street campus. Prospective students and families should exercise careful consideration before enrolling, particularly when evaluating the quality of the educational environment, institutional professionalism, and responsiveness to student welfare concerns. In my experience, the campus demonstrated recurring deficiencies in professionalism, decorum, discipline, and mutual respect expected within an academic institution. Conduct and communication standards that should reasonably be maintained by educational professionals did not appear to be consistently upheld. I personally observed instances in which instructors used profanity in the presence of students, conduct which, in my view, was inappropriate and inconsistent with the professional standards ordinarily associated with a learning environment. Of greater concern, I experienced ongoing bullying and mistreatment involving both students and staff. Despite these issues, I did not observe what I believed to be adequate corrective measures, meaningful intervention, or appropriate disciplinary

I been here during my Jr and senior year in Highschool I have witness a fight broke out but that didn't discouraged me to continue my senior year. The instructor was car enthusiast he will talk to another person for 35 min about cams and pistons he is not bad instructor though just get boring after awhile. Hands on is awesome he made us to try to blow up an car engine. We learn hands on. My senior year was Good didn't get jobs in that field because either picky or I wasn't certified. This school is unique you can make friends from different schools districts. I am class of 2019 with this place. I want to see I can go for IT or welding. I am happy their is a thing called trade school only a year they get you ready for the industry they helped you to build resumes yes some don't like it. But hey they're trying to help you be better yourself. I like this place for learning. Would recommend. Loans are small or affordable. Cons side of things is Job placement was a challenge with me.

Beautiful campus and a wide variety of classes to choose from. We have had 3 children graduate with high honors from various ctc locations. In less then 9 months you can have a certified skill that no one can take from you.

To start this off I would like to say that I attended a cluster class junior year and I enjoyed it. I figured going in as a senior I would learn much more about the trade than before...I was terribly mistaken. This school would trade a klondike bar over giving the students a good education. I had five teachers over the course of 180 days and that is piss poor on the schools end. My shop did not have hardly any of the proper tools that were needed for most the jobs we were supposed to do so that put a massive halt on my education. And to top it all off the entire school system they have is disorganized and generally disappointing. I cannot believe how much they told us we would learn versus what we actually learned. If I could say anything it would be that you will learn your trade better by watching YouTube videos than you would by wasting your time in this place. Please before enrolling take into consideration how much time you will never get back and will regret by coming here. This school is an utter waste of space and waste of time.

Great School!!! I attended the Practical Nursing Program and it's one of the best memories of my life. Great instructors that take time to teach their students. I did run across a couple rude instructors but I guess that's to be expected with any institution. Overall I would highly recommend this program.
